Oasis 360: A Place-Based Approach to Economic Mobility

Co-designed with the residents it serves, Oasis 360 programs layer education, healthcare, entrepreneurship, and policy advocacy to drive impact across a two-mile radius.

Housed at the Oasis Hub — a 136,000-square-foot facility built at an abandoned school site — Oasis 360 concentrates services and investment across two ZIP codes representing key opportunity zones in San Juan.

The model follows a generational strategy, grounded in the understanding that lasting growth for children is built by strengthening families and the broader community with tangible, accessible opportunities. This place-based approach replaces fragmented interventions with a measurable model for long-term economic resilience.
